Information in a Visit
Web hosting and security systems may receive technical data such as an IP address, browser type, device information, referring page, and time of access. That information may be used to keep the pages available, detect abuse, and understand broad traffic patterns. It is not used here to decide a person’s court status or to create an official warrant file.
Search Widgets and External Sites
Some content pages include a third-party search widget marked as sponsored results. A provider may collect information under its own policy when a visitor uses that tool. External court, sheriff, police, municipal, Crime Stoppers, PACER, and public-record links also operate under their own terms. Read the policy for the service before entering information.
Cookies and Similar Tools
The host or service providers may use cookies, local storage, analytics, or security tags to keep a session working, measure traffic, prevent abuse, or show sponsored content. Browser settings can limit some cookies, although a page or external service may not work as intended. This site does not promise that every linked government portal uses the same settings.
Public Records Are Held Elsewhere
Tulsa County Court Clerk files, TCSO records, Tulsa Municipal Court files, city-court records, police records, and federal docket materials are maintained by their respective agencies. Oklahoma’s Open Records Act, 51 O.S. §§ 24A.1 et seq., supplies the public-access framework for state and local records, subject to exemptions, sealed material, juvenile confidentiality, and redaction. A request should go to the office that keeps the record.
Information You Send to an Agency
A TCSO Form 4502 request can ask for a name, mailing address, telephone, email, record title, date, and inspection or copying choice. A Jenks police request form asks for similar requester and contact details. Those forms go to the agency named on the form, not to this website. Check the agency’s current submission instructions and privacy policy before sending sensitive information.
Retention and Security
Technical logs, security records, and service-provider data may be retained for as long as needed for operations, fraud prevention, legal obligations, or troubleshooting. No online transmission is guaranteed to be fully secure. Do not place a full date of birth, Social Security number, home address, or private case detail into a general web comment or an unverified form.
Children and Restricted Records
This site does not seek juvenile warrant information. Oklahoma Title 10A contains confidentiality rules for juvenile records, and courts may seal other process or restrict investigative material. A public search result or a blank result should not be treated as a complete disclosure. Questions about access belong with the issuing court or records office.
Policy Changes
This policy may change when the site, hosting arrangements, sponsored tools, or linked services change. The current version is the one posted on this page. A court, sheriff, police department, or city may update its own privacy practice without changing this policy.
